This teabagging fad is just nutty. I am kind of immature and I nearly peed myself listening to that clip. Thanks for posting.

The very fact that these people think tea only comes in bags is enough to make me laugh at their movement. Of course, the fact that they want to equate higher taxes on the richest to the position of the colonists is almost as funny. And then when you get to the visual image of them teabagging the President...I really have to wonder if they ever intended to be taken seriously. *grin*

I heard Bob and Tom talking about "teabagging," it must be dirty. Why do these homophobic talking heads like to use such dirty metaphores to describe what the other guy is doing to them or what they want to do to the other guy?

Somebody needs to form a newsvine discussion group on teabaggery; it is such a hot topic. Not me though, I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole.

I don't know for sure what "teabagging" is but I hope it doesn't have to do with Bush's nickname for Carl Rove; turdblossom? I don't know what that means either.

"turdblossom"? I am not sure what that means. Maybe it means the Rove could make poop attractive which seems to be one of his talents.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teabagging if your curious about its definition.

ThreeCents, that was funny, one of the best I have seen on the vine. In the words of the gangster on the Simpsons watching Itchy and Scratchy, "It's funny because it is true."

I usually see no use for assigning someone to "event planning" or whatever activity is it called that seeks to keep groups from blundering into a PR hornet's nest. It would have been useful to engage one of those types here. I hate Karl Rove but I don't think he would have known to avoid the teabaggery nomenclature. Anyway, I am wondering if they will be been taken seriously in spite of their whether the intended to.

well at least they are not in so much power anymore, so we can be a position to laugh at them. It used to be that you had to take them seriously no matter how stupid their agenda was.
For instance, when this clip of Rove came out my intitial response was laughter, but after i re-realized this man was in a position of power and getting everything he wanted my laughter turned to tears/disappointment/shame. He was unaware of what a dumbass he looked like but it didn't really matter. Similar situation here except fortunately they're no longer calling all the shots.
Stewart and Colbert feed off of this stuff / easy pickings.

The teabaggers should get a kick-back from Comedy Network for making it so easy.
